At SBEC, we are dedicated to providing superior customer service
through our exceptional responsiveness and performance. Schultz
Brothers associates always practice craftsmanship at its finest,
taking great care to deliver services that meet rigorous quality
and time standards.
SBEC is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC),
the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEL), and BICSI.
Safety
There is no higher priority to SBEC than safety. Through
the years, SBEC has continually strived to enhance its safety program.
These efforts have not gone unnoticed, as SBEC has been awarded
the Platinum Level of Safety Award
form the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Organization
for its safety record and training programs. The Platinum Level
Award is the highest recognition that can be granted from ABC, an
organization made up of 27, 000 contractors nationwide. SBEC has
been named an Accredited Quality Contractor as well, a designation
given to ABC contractors for excellence in the areas of safety,
education, benefits, and community commitment.
SBEC has also been awarded the Spark Achievement Award for
exceptional commitment to safety on the job and for dedication to
helping maintain an accident-free workplace at the Grand Achievement
level. This recognition comes from the Independent Electrical Contractors
(IEC), an organization comprised of electrical contractors nationwide.
The Spark program is based on a company's commitment and success
in its safety, training, and education programs.
Training
With its in-house training facility, Schultz Brothers offers a variety
of continuing education programs to all individuals associated with
the company. Because education is such an important component of
our company's success, training at SBEC is an ongoing process. Our
programs start at the apprenticeship level and progress through
the journeyman-technician level. Our apprenticeship programs are
affiliated with these national organizations: Associated Builders
and Contractors (ABC), BICSI, and Independent Electrical Contractors
(IEC). The ABC and IEC apprenticeship programs have received accreditation
from the United States Department of Labor.
Commitment
Quality, timeliness, and safety practices are all of paramount importance
to SBEC, a commitment that we share with our customers. Because
of our dedication, we are often asked to provide Project Management
services for clients who request supervision of non-SBEC projects.
The Electrical and Telecommunications fields are constantly changing;
it is a great challenge to remain a leader in such a dynamic industry.
But because of the commitment and talent of our associates, Schultz
Brothers has been able to meet that challenge.
